The deadline of registration with reduced registration fee, 15,000 Yen (10,000 Yen for graduate students), is July 25, 2009.

The registration fee can be paid by cash in Yen only, upon arrival at the registration desk on Sept. 15th, 2009.

Financial support:	Do you need a finacial support? yes no The local organizing committee will provide some travel allowance with students in Master courses and PhD courses and post-docs, who will make a presentation at the symposium, to encourage their attendance.
VISA :	Do you need a visa to enter Japan? yes no Those who need a visa to come to Japan are recommended to contact the organizers by sending E-mail to the conference address as soon as possible, in early May, even before registration .
